CLASS INFO
Laura’s teaching practice is one of a sharing of tools, ideas and possibilities in an attempt to open up the body to different and deeper ways of sensing, being, and dancing. Skin, bones, glands, cellular consciousness… we will travel to and through different body structures to find our whole and open ourselves up; gently, fiercely, with humour, or however we need to be. Laura is a Somatic Movement Educator through the School of Bodymind Centering, a massage therapist and is passionate about touch and she uses all of this in her teaching/sharing practice.
