CLASS INFO

Anna would love for you to come as you are and join her in some mindless movement. Her class takes influence from yoga, folk dance culture and dancing like when you were a kid. We will focus on relationships - to ourselves, to each other, to music, to space and how we listen. We'll also place emphasis on rhythm and individual sensorial experience. A mixture of lead improvisation and set material, Anna aims to invite in curiosity and support of self and other, in the hope of coming away feeling moved in more ways than one.
